Mind Beyond Campus at North South University wrapped up beautifully! Students shared amazing feedback where they picked up new mental health tools, connected deeply during the discussions, and loved the guided meditation session! Mindspace had the gracious opportunity to arrange a workshop with the help of LCLS(S) Community Club at LONDON COLLEGE OF LEGAL STUDIES SOUTH (LCLS SOUTH) on 18th of July 2023. The workshop was on academic stress management where students were encouraged and asked about the issues of their daily lives and their tools to manage.

On 25th June 2023, the group counseling session of Mending Minds Together by Mindspace & EMK Center took place successfully, where participants took part in conversations surrounding 'Emotional Dependency' and 'Conflict Resolution in Romantic Relationships'.

The Hour For You
Mind's Hour

Mindspace has successfully executed its first-ever event "Mind's Hour: The Hour For You" on 30th July 2022 at Midas Center, Dhanmondi, Dhaka. This day-long event included an insightful workshop on "Emotional Management" conducted by Sumaia Azmi, who is a professional psychologist and life coach. The interactive workshop focused on helping the participants understand their emotions and giving guidance on how they can control their emotions to create a balanced life. A question answer session was also carried out in which the participants shared their concerns regarding mental health. Finally, the workshop ended with a sweet note of appreciation by the Founder of Mindspace, Mehrin Simran, towards the workshop instructor Sumaia Azmi.
